I am currently a self employed Slimming World consultant, managing three weekly groups with circa 250 members, prior to Covid restrictions. We have adopted to become a virtual business in since restrictions came into play and now have circa 100 members onboard my virtual service. I am organised, self-motivated manager of self, with sound presentation skills and the ability to adjust to a varying audience.This role involves: - Supporting and motivating members to achieve their weight loss targets- Relaying a motivational talk to members through an interactive weekly meeting- Running promotions at key times throughout the year and- Organising a social team of volunteers to manage the group efficiently.

This role continued from Kerry Foods as a management buy out occurred and the company changed to Freshways Food Co. In this role I was responsible for both the planning and despatch departmentsMy responsibilities included the planning and scheduling of production by balancing finished goods stock and forecasting future sales etc. I communicated with all departments in order to complete a production plan. I was also responsible for the service level of the factory and was the liaison between customers, sales, marketing, customer services and production. I also took over the management of the dispatch department and was responsible for picking of and despatch of all customer orders. When the majority of the order picking was outsourced I was the liaison between our site and our external storage and order picking to ensure service level of the factory was met.

I started with Kerry Foods Finglas as a production supervisor which involved the overall management and day to day running of the assembly area. My responsibilities included organising production, staff training, health & safety and ensuring the quality and food safety standards were maintained and adhered to. I was responsible for 11 team leaders and 7 production lines which I rostered within the assembly area. I was responsible for carrying out interviews in the recruitment for the team also.In Jan 2009 I was promoted to Panning Manager and in 2003 also took over responsibility of managing the complete Despatch department.
