This included the investigation of client deaths, supporting families and therapists in this process and reporting to the Public Health Agency on outcomes and recommendations. •I supported staff, locum and clinical placement counsellors to have personal development plans and participate in on-going CPD, based on self-assessment of competences and appraisals. This included running BACP accreditation workshops.
