With a Bachelor of Education focused in Early Childhood Education from the “The Mico University College”. I am known as an innovative thinker and leader, very patient, flexible and open to change, process excellent drama skills, planning and creativity. Accomplishments: Successful Virtual Sports Day 2021 ( As the Sport Coordinator)Spearheading the successful staging of our first virtual Prize Giving Ceremony in November 2020.Directed students in dance, where they were selected to perform at the finals in the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC) dance competition in 2020. Created my first video project in 2018 on “Say No TO Drugs.”I have Delivered successfully two (2) consecutive summers 2015 -2016 at the Portmore Probation Office "Challenger Camp", on Career Choice to first time offenders, ages 13 years -17years. The youth at this age will attain cognitive maturity and the ability to make decisions based on knowledge of options and their consequences.I strongly believe that every child needs special care and attention at each stage of development, in order to achieve academically, as well as their crucial social & life skills; and anything they desire to become in life will be realized, hence my mantra Holding On To Colourful Ambition
