 Review, correct and submit updates of newly released and existing BOMs and recommend changes to adapt to new products.  Update all existing BOMs in MRP system and current work orders in conjunction with all ECNs. Evaluate, validate and assist in the processing of ECR.  Development of labor standards, B.O.M. standards, performance factors and performance measurement and reporting. Initiate, lead and support cost savings projects in line with Lean Manufacturing implementation. Direct preparation of standard work instructions. Formulate and provide budgetary information to operations and management. Supervise and oversee 17 mechanics, assemblers, and electricians. Review BOM and foolproof blue prints to confirm the necessary parts are included in BOM.
