Support managers, supervisors and employees in all areas of HR including recruitment, performance management, disability management and training. Ensure that all employees are trained in the appropriate areas to meet the requirements set out by Ontario Lottery and Gaming and the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario.

Consultation and support to site client groups, managers and staff regarding the interpretation and implementation of Human Resources programs, policies, practices, and procedures. Implementation for assigned HR program launches, initiatives and projects.

Support managers, supervisors and employees in all areas of HR including recruitment, performance management and training (assisted off site warehouses with HR support as well) Responsible for the recruitment, licensing and processing of the entire opening staff for Slots at Grand River including all supervisory and front line employees. Ensured that all employees were trained in the appropriate areas to meet the requirements set out by Ontario Lottery and Gaming and the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario.

Provide advice, guidance and support to department managers, shift managers and supervisors regarding policies and procedures, collective agreements for two bargaining units administration of disciplines, action plans and developmental plans. Administer training for general orientation, manager/supervisor orientation, performance management, human rights and workplace harassment and additional training as required within the OLG parameters.
