During my time with Age Concern and Age UK, my previous roles have included Sales & Marketing Assistant, Telesales Operator, Sales Coordinator and Training Coordinator.As Commercial Operations Supervisor my role was to:•Directly manage and lead the Client Sales Administration •Lead on all in-house business from the post-sales stage through to final evaluation, including arranging dates and making provision for all trainer requirements.•Be responsible for the preparation of accurate contracts for customers and associate trainers in respect of all training courses to be delivered.•Coordinate the finance producers for commercial hub with regards to post sale procedures. •Ensure all legal contracts adhere to Age UK procedures with regards to Associate Trainers and customer contracts •Coordinate all course materials on behalf of associate trainers and ensure delivery before the course and to collate all evaluation material after each course in accordance with quality procedures.•Lead on associate trainer register ensuring that all records are up-to–date.•Work directly with the National Commercial Manager on the associate trainer selection process, including arranging interviews and obtaining references. •Coordinate the handling of course bookings for open and in house delivery models.
