- Oversee key relationships with academic partners such as Harvard Medical School, Miller School of Medicine, Partners Healthcare (MGH/BWH), Stanford Medical School, Parkinson’s Institute, CA and Oxford University, UK.- Key Project consult and insight to an on-going Berg-AztraZeneca collaboration pertaining to a Fragment-based library screen against internal project for PIG-3.- Oversee internal CLIA-lab validation for novel early disease biomarkers for LRRK2-PD patients.- Work with management and key personnel to ensure that project vision, timelines, and output support the global neurology R&D efforts. Includes integration of data sets and output from analytics, omics, and functional biology groups within company.- Inclusion of novel CRISPR-technology and work with R&D leaders on CRO- outsource of relevant computational chemistry and pre-clinical animal models- Interface with internal and external counsel related to IP matters in addition with working closely with CTO on IP strategy/life-cycle innovation.- Strategic discussion with KOL’s and members of SAB to align on value-driven end-points and activities to drive program insight and progress.

Direct neurology R&D projects related to Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, CNS tumors, and Autism using front-ended systems biology and back-ended Bayesian-AI platform. Report key progress to CSO and other key R&D leaders.- Lead internal scientific strategy and R&D operations for key academic relationships at Parkinson’s Institute, Stanford University, University of Miami, and Harvard Medical School- Oversee tissue and patient-derived cell procurement from public sources in addition to launching prospective clinical trials or tissue and biofluid collection that were clinically annotated to populated internal biobank- Interface with internal R&D, Analytics, and Omics groups to ensure fluid protocol adherence, communication, and project management to drive timely research output.- Recruitment of key scientific staff with relevant expertise in neurology research in addition to key interns for specialized projects- Work closely with internal R&D and external partners to develop appropriate post-in silico cellular and pre-clinical animal models for validation studies- Preparation of materials to be used for strategic publications, meeting/conference presentations, and patent applications

- Development of cell models to be used for systems biology imputes into drug discovery platform in collaboration with internal R&D staff- Perform pre-clinical and molecular/biochemical functional assays on CNS disease cell models, prep for multi-omic analyses- Tissue and patient-derived cell procurement from public sources to perform key experiments- Assist R&D/Clinical leaders in launching prospective clinical trials or tissue addition to and biofluid collection that were clinically annotated to populated internal biobank- Organization of multiple data sets to be subjected to Bayesian-AI analyses- Work with other R&D staff on research inventory controls and communication with partner on weekly status reports.

- Work with clinical staff to track the progress of patients who were granted access to use of BPM 31510 as expanded access/compassionate use- File management to assist clinical staff/leadership to map progress- Facilitate internal communication on progress updates, research protocols, and lab data- Interface with R&D staff as needed to communicate any unique clinical insight- Data entry/management of key contacts/personnel for research

- Work directly with Assistant Dean for Student Affairs on file management, data entry, and processing for academic schedules- Aid in financial aid program management and information sessions to students- Facilitate Add/Drop to class schedules in addition to faculty notification for any relevant roster changes/updates- Ensure that proper scheduling updates are processed for new semesters and work with staff to communicate to relevant faculty- Assist Dean’s office in curriculum updates and preparation of updates to College Leadership
