The Program Reporting Officer leads and supports in the implementation of project activities across all active grants, proposal development, reporting and building effective monitoring systems, and ensuring grant compliance across the mission.

The Desk Officer works in close collaboration with the Regional Coordinator and the Regional Team to effect good management, development, supervision, and support of International Medical Corps' mission to support humanitarian relief and development efforts through Country Programs within a Regional portfolio.

Contributed to the expansion of Move This World (formally Dance 4 Peace) in the District of Columbia at Cesar Chavez Preparatory School of Public Policy. Led 15 middle school students in the completion of their first Move This World program based on researched methods using creative movement to address and transform conflict, violence, and bullying in communities worldwide.

● Led the development and coordination of in classroom and e-learning training to over 100 domestic and international USAID Education Sector Teams.● Provided financial and regulatory guidance in supporting contract management requirements with USAID.● Responsible for financial systems management and procurements including enhancing and developing client relations.● Developed standard operating procedures for financial systems management and employee orientation procedures. ● Developed standard operating procedures for logistical coordination and course planning for classroom and e-learning training to enhance greater efficiency and consistency of training events.

Mali

● Developed and implemented a USAID funded project of $5,395.41 USD working with local officials and community members of Yorosso to create an outdoor training and performance space for 5,064 individuals.● Organized materials and curriculum for Introduction to Computer, Microsoft Word and Excel Certification classes for 22 new students and the expansion of a computer literacy program in Yorosso. ● Implemented Savings for Change- a program funded by Oxfam and Freedom from Hunger to promote savings and loans for illiterate rural woman resulting in training of 30 women and an annual income increase of 100%.● Coordinated and implemented educational trainings in maternal health, sanitation, nutrition, English language, business practices and agricultural practices including researching and writing curriculum to support the activities of 5, 604 community members. ● Designed and delivered formal sessions as Cross-Cultural Trainer; monitored cultural adaptation of new Peace Corps Trainees; communicated with host families in Bambara to provide cultural adjustment support and mediate volunteer transition issues with host families resulting in the successful training of 80 Volunteers.

● Independently provided and coordinated logistical support with worldwide offices and vendors and procurement of $250,000 USD worth of medical supplies for 72 international Peace Corps posts.● Coordinated with administrative staff to schedule meetings, design proposals and training conferences for overseas personnel resulting in the training of 40 medical representatives in 20 countries.● Researched and coordinated with supporting offices to streamline online web assistance and supporting material to improve overseas support for the efficient training of 72 international posts and the creation of the first interactive training module.● Initiated and designed the successful restructuring of our office website; trained members of supporting offices to update websites and supporting documents used by overseas posts resulting in the coordination of office wide web improvements and enhanced client support. ● Designed and successfully implemented new overseas ordering forms streamlining the process for both international and domestic offices.
