Having worked in Porter Dodson's marketing team since 2010, following the pandemic I joined the Firm’s HR team in 2020. An HR Generalist, I work in a friendly, collaborative working environment with clear communication and effective processes.My role is very varied and includes onboarding, managing payroll, training programmes, maintaining staff records and providing support to the recruitment process and other areas of HR.I’m a little bit nerdy (having worked in IT at Clyde & Co) a little bit creative (having worked in a variety of marketing roles) and very people oriented (from both the above and working in HR).
