Administrative Executive with over thirty five years of experience in the early education and care field . My primary duties have been overseeing Massachusetts licensing regulations, direct staff supervision, advertising and hiring, administrative management, budget development and facilitation, payroll and purchasing. As an administrative manager, managed up to 125 staff members at one time. I also participated in many groups and committees in various sub-topics of the Early Education and Care field. I have trained direct care staff in curriculum, behavior expectations, and quality program improvement.
