The store manager for 3 different high volume locations for the Home Depot in Phoenix, Arizona. At each location I increased sales, improved shrink and safety results and had improved associate satisfaction scores. I am talented in operations as well as merchandising… leading to clean, in-stock, organized stores with high associate morale and high customer satisfaction scores.Each store had 200-300+ associates, 6-7 assistant store managers, and 10-19 department supervisors with associates working 24 hours a day, 6-7 days per week.
