I managed the Community Engagement and Enablement team at Stack Overflow. This team works with community members and moderators across the 180+ sites in the Stack Exchange Network.

I managed the Community Operations team. This team was the front line of interactions between community members on the 170+ networks on Stack Exchange and the company Personal contributions I'm proud of include:-revamping our internal team onboarding-improving our internal documentation-leading the larger team in professional development initiatives-overseeing 59 Stack Exchange sites leave Public Beta in 2021

I oversaw community engagement, seller research and feedback, and seller success for Vimeo's OTT platform (VHX). I worked closely with Marketing and contributed articles to the VHX blog and oversaw content for VHX's Best Practices section of the website.

VHX was a platform that allows creators of video content to self-distribute their work. VHX was acquired by Vimeo in 2016. I kept the pulse of our community and lead retention initiatives. I planed and executed online and in-person meetups and events. I maintained VHX's forums and helped community members launch forums and engage with community members on their individual sites.I worked closely with Product and Customer Support to constantly improve the experience of customers on the platform. Proactive outreach was a big part of the job. I outreached to individual publishers with engagement and marketing tips for their content. I also worked with our Content and Marketing team and contribute best practices, FAQs, and blog articles to VHX's site.

Promoted from -Invention Ambassador (Community Manager) I wore many hats in a fast paced and revolutionary company. I networked with other organizations to collaborate on events and programs around invention and education. I engaged with current community members through forum moderation, produced content for our blog, and provided feedback and critique on invention submissions. I oversaw our product evaluation process. Every week we hold a live broadcast where the company discusses their favorite ideas from the week and vote on which will be moved forward to development. As Eval Director I was the producer of this weekly event, advocated on behalf of the inventors whose ideas were being debated, and supervised the Eval Team.Prior to that, I served as an Invention Ambassador providing white glove service to Quirky Inventors.

As an Event Coordinator I was the point person for clients pre and post event, served as MC during events, and did research and wrote content for races, pub trivia, and various special events hosted by Pogo Events.
