My responsibilities at Redranger included all financial aspects of our USA office, as well as H/R and payroll. Focus was given towards developing excellent relationships with the staff of our distributors. During my four year tenure at Redranger USA, I worked directly under four General Managers, doing my best to adapt to their individual style and needs, as well as helped guide my co-workers through these many management changes.

Originally hired on a temporary basis to help organize paperwork and the office system, within a month I began to learn the ropes of equipment leasing. My attention to detail and accuracy were very beneficial in this industry, where a single mistake can prove extremely problematic. In addition to light bookkeeping and clerical, I ran credit reports and processed loan documents.

In 1993 I was promoted to the position of Practice Manager for this small animal hospital. Working with 2 doctors and a team of 6-8 support staff, we created a successful practice which catered to the pets of an “upper end” clientele. Customer service was paramount and our entire team took pride in the high level of medical and customer care provided on a day to day basis. My responsibilities included bookkeeping, A/R and A/P, Payroll, HR, Customer Service, Inventory, Pharmacy and client counsel.
