- Led weekly meetings by putting together packets of data and reports to be accountable for revenue.
- Responsible for seeking out and recruiting new agents.
- In charge of managing students progress in our RE school and support them until they pass their exam for their RE license.
- Responsible for recruiting seasoned agents and ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team.
- Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who I found to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected.
