• Welcome, advise and finalise the sale of fresh products (Caviar, Salmon, Foie gras...) to local and international customers• Participate in training new staff on all products and internal standards• Managing, supporting and motivating the sales team with regard to stocks, shelf placment and best before date• Implementing the sales strategy for key events throughout the year (Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.)• Dealing with suppliers, including negotiation

• Welcoming, advising and selling to customers on the products and philosophy of the shop • Management and optimisation of stock supply• Operational and financial management of the store

• Develop & Manage Strategic Key Accounts (Chanel, Vuitton, Dior, Givenchy, Lanvin...)• Active participation in the creation of new exclusives stones and colours for luxury houses • Operational Marketing : Follow-up of Premium accounts during International events • Control of sales budgets (forecast and actual) in collaboration with the N+1 • Recruitment and management of junior sales representatives (2003 and 2005)

Technical coordinator Alexander McQueen studio• Definition and development of technical data sheets for Ready-to-Wear models• Interface between the Design Studio and the Design Office for the production launch of the women's Ready-to-Wear collectionsEmbroidery development and Purchasing Manager (Embroidery budget : 500K€/year)• Searching, selecting and develop the embroideries created by Alexander McQueen for Haute Couture and Ready-to-Wear. • Manage and monitor embroidery purchasing budgets • Development of models for the fashion shows
