Currently I am overseeing the special needs ministry which pairs specially trained volunteers to children with special needs. This allows the children to attend Sunday school classes to the best of their ability while their families attend service. Prior to this I managed a team of 30 volunteers, wrote curriculum and specialized in interpersonal relations with volunteers and families. I worked with a small team to coordinate our church's largest summer camp and daily oversaw a team of more than 250 people.

Utilizing modeling techniques in order to bring science knowledge to students in a whole new way.

As a frequently requested guest teacher I am often called into emergency situations where the teacher is unpredictably out of the classroom for an extended time, often without prior plan provided. My ability to related to students while teaching material has allowed me to be requested over and over again at a variety of schools, grades and subjects.
