Advising high school students with regard to post-high school options (college, career, study abroad, etc.). Coordinate college admissions representative visits to the school. Communicating with students and parents with regard to the college application process, scholarship search and application, financial aid, career exploration, etc. Do classroom presentations, coordinate college fairs, alumni panels, special events, etc. Duties and responsibilities constantly evolve as demand dictates. Managed a small office of fellow-recruiters. Responsible for hiring, training, advertising and other general management skills. In the recruiting role, assisted large corporate accounts in filling job openings, mostly in the customer service and administrative support areas. Was the company's #1 producer for 8 years.

Co-anchored both nightly newscasts for this NBC affiliate in the (then) 90th market. Also did general reporting, feature stories, video editing, copy writing and production of the 11:00pm news. On occasion filled in for the weekend weather person.
