* Prepare closing documents and review files and title binder prior to closing to confirm accuracy, completeness, and contingencies.*Ensure appropriate insurance and appraisals has been obtained for closing.*Deposit checks and disburse refund checks after closing and complete disbursement log, mainly for Mortgage Insurance.*Prepare final closing documents for recording and when loan closes review while client is at table for any signatures or documents missing*Ship loan files and follow up on post-closing documentation for closed loans *Communicate and follow up with Loan Officer and Loan Processor with documents needed on a daily basis*Close 18 to 20 loans a month*Learn FHA, VA, Conventional and Investor products

*Responsible for processing all assigned Initial and Final Collateral reviews in a timely and accurate manner based on the review requirements of each Servicing Level Agreement. Meeting a deadline everyday.*Verify mortgage loan documents (single family, commercial, auto, manufactured homes, student and timeshares). *Identify the category of each collateral file. Performs review of collateral and documents to ensure documents meet agency guidelines (Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) or customer agreements in a timely and accurate manner. *Audit and clear exceptions. *File collateral document and update system of record accordingly. *Ship and track incoming and outgoing packages. *Maintain excellent internal/external customer service.*Helped organize all trailing docs (filing, entering missed documents etc) with outside vendor that made everything paperless*Was voted best employee of week/month 3 times because of my continuous work ethic*Accepted in the Mentoring program and helped develop part of the intranet for employees, this was a year program, required 2 books on communication, book discussion, company project and even volunteered with Junior Achievements and taught 1st grade for a day
