CurrentI began working for myself to enable part-time hours and working from home when my children were young. I am now ready to return to a workplace and return to my previous career level.Thani Stratex Djibouti Ltd - Company Accountant and Company SecretarialReporting to the Directors, I take the returns started in Djibouti and check, validate, post, process accruals, prepayments, head office adjustments and produce monthly management accounts. I look after the GBP and USD bank accounts and load all payments. I have travelled to Djibouti and attended board meetings in London. I update the share registers, and director registers and co-ordinate all board and shareholder resolutions working with our lawyers. I carry out regular KYC checks for various stakeholders due to international shareholders and Directors.Butler & Co (Bishops Waltham) Ltd I subcontract to these local accountants as and when required to assist with accounts prep and tax returns. I run their client payroll side, aprox 20 payrolls a month.Club Treasurer/accountantI do the books and accounts for a local social club including looking after the bank accounts, raising payments, auditing weekly returns, management accounts and attending regular committee meetings. Other ClientsI have a few smaller clients that I do annual tax returns for.
