I am passionate with any role I take on with a business. I am loyal, hard working, dedicated and a team player. I love working with people that are working towards the same goal in a company. I strive to always do my best and work well with others. I have been in an Administrative role for the last 20 years and I believe that it is an important role in any business. I strive to make a business's operation flow and resolve issues that may occur. I graduated from Brookline College with a certificate in Medical Assisting and I am a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. I graduated with honors: 4.0 GPA, perfect attendance, ABK National Honor Society Member and made the President's List. I believe that I can be an asset in any specialty or clinic with the skills I have gained at Brookline College and with current employment. I have been working in the medical field for just over 3 years and I love it! I am compassionate, efficient, and have great people skills. I return calls promptly, call incoming referrals within 24 hours of receipt, and get a lot of positive feedback from patients. I am humbled by my patients when they compliment me on my efficiency, patience, empathy and my cheerful disposition on the phone. I not only room my patients for the Neurosurgeon, but I schedule all the new patient appointments. This also requires verifying insurance online or through Epic automatically.
