Passionate about learning, I enjoy keeping abreast of developments in online and blended learning and am committed to pioneering first - class learning initiatives at my current employer - The Institute for Optimum Nutrition.In 2019 I gained my Masters in Professional Studies at Middlesex University in Teaching and Learning and was highly commended for my dissertation exploring the experience of online nutritional therapy students and identifying initiatives to improve their experience using action research.In 2020 I published a book chapter 'Learning as a Normative Exercise' in: Loo, S. and Sutton, B. (2020) Informal Learning, Practitioner Inquiry and Occupational Education: An Epistemological Perspective. Abingdon: Routledge. Earlier in my career I held a number of marketing roles in large blue-chip organisations which have afforded me a strong commercial understanding.
