I managed a team that focused on client’s social media management, content development, newsletters, and marketing ads. Oversaw multiple client accounts simultaneously, including client communication, reporting, and marketing campaign management. Created quarterly advertising plans for each client in accordance with their budget. Coordinated writing, editing, design, and production for the distribution of brochures, flyers, and marketing materials for events. Managed communication with contact lists, email blasts, and promotion of events and programs. I also supported company objectives at trade shows, conferences, and special events.

My team and I performed a variety of duties aimed at managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from existing clients. We dealt with customer accounts on a long-term basis and was their primary point of contact. Established productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and coordinated the involvement of company personnel, including marketing, support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations. During this time, I took a break from the corporate world to volunteer in several different non-profit organizations such as Girl Scouts, PTA, Girls on the Run, Boy Scouts, Community Disaster Programs, and Montessori School Positions. I managed to stay very busy and keep my skills up to date through these various volunteer positions.

I was responsible for building and managing the relationships with companies that supplied products and services to Microsoft. I actively responded to diverse vendor inquires which included conducting research and providing creative resolutions for complex issues. I developed and updated complex processes spanning multiple departments and companies and maintained a high volume of confidential contracts and vendor data. I contributed to the efficiency of productivity and success of the vendor relationships with our company.
