Data-driven and passionate about analytics! Throughout my school years, I was always into STEM subjects, especially the maths and sciences. I never considered myself to be a Social Sciences girl, until my neverending curiosity drove me towards trying to understand people behavior, why we do the things we do. I fell in love with psychology and research, which have become a key part of my life as I studied Psychology at Universidad de los Andes. I think my path to obtain my degree in Psychology taught me a way of thinking and processing information that revolves around trying to understand people and their needs. Aside from my academic work, I had the opportunity to work in a research project and paper that changed my life: a study on the effect of different types of nutrition labels on people and their perceptions of different food products. This is what drove me towards Consumer and Organizational Psychology. This is why I graduated Cum Laude in Psychology, with a minor in Business Management. I've had the fortune to work in Human Resources as well as Consumer Insights and Market Research. My passion is not tied to a specific area, but instead one where I can contribute and have a positive impact through the generation of data-driven insights and great people skills. My experience has shaped me into a data-driven psychologist, integrating my interest in human behavior and my analytical skills to generate insights for decision-making. I have also been able to cultivate great interpersonal skills that help me be a great team member and communicate with all stakeholders within the organizations. My proactivity and constant curiosity is what drives me and helps me adapt easily.
