Senior Strategic Alliance Manager And Senior Onboarding Specialists
CurrentAs a Senior Alliances Partner Specialist I directly manage Q2's Alliances and Channel Partners to solidify and grow their brand, create differentiation in the market for their customers, and generate profits for the partner organization. I work closely with each partners C-Level and Operational Management teams to strengthen the overall relationship and assist in delivering our industry- leading flexible platform which fosters success with their customers. There are 3 main areas of focus with our Alliances/Channel Partners; Operational Management, Relationship Management and Business Development and Revenue Growth:Operations Management•Manage technical and operational issues tied to core partners•Coordinate and participate in bi-monthly product, support, and pipeline calls•Work with Product, Implementations, Support, Development, and Relationship Managers to roll out new channel requested enhancements and/or core interface upgrades•Route escalations to appropriate Q2 employees•Provide pricing to channels for feature enhancements•Track closed deals tied to any SPIFF programsRelationship Management•Develop and execute strategies to further insulate channel partners to Q2 - Partner newsletters, partner metric reviews•Attend channel client conferences•Organize partner round table event at Q2 client conference - arrange speakers and provide intros/product updates•Communicate press releases, new signed deals, and other applicable information and notifications to channel executives•Execute renewal of partner contracts Business Development / Revenue Growth•Develop and execute business development plans to drive lead generation for net new business•Penetration analysis within existing channel partners to determine cross sale opportunities and develop marketing programs•Develop and execute marketing programs designed to drive brand/solution awareness and position Q2 as a thought leader in the space (i.e. White papers, webinars)
