- First contact person to the guests of El Patio lobby lounge- Coordinating the floor and seating plan of the lobby- Greeting and seating guests; promoting seasonal offers; recommending items from the menu- Managing reservations on site, telephonically and via email – with attention to allergies and special occasions- Creating personalized details or surprises for guests celebrating special occasions in El Patio- Recognizing hotel guests, calling them by name and communicating their preferences to the serving team, as well as updating guests' profiles in the company's internal database- Handling guest reviews on various platforms such as Open Table, Google and TripAdvisor- Being in charge of reports, such as: daily covers, VIP reports, guest experience reports, daily events, groups or site inspection reports

- Creating social media promotional content on @Saxionuas- Appearing as the "face" of the university in certain social media campaigns- Participating in university fairs - Participating in different activities, with the goal of attracting, recruiting and engaging international students at Saxion UAS

- Screening CV's and selecting candidates for the adequate offers- Managing registration system for accuracy- Managing and updating offers and properties in CRM- Assisting with international recruitment events- Point of contact for candidates at all stages- Keeping track of candidates’ status- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with properties and candidates- Conducting mock interviews with candidates- Managing email flows- Selling the company’s services through different channels, both to candidates and properties (telephonically and via email)- Tracking all the activities and results of the department

- Organizing the Accreditation event for the Saxion Hotel Management university- Maintaining contact with all the stakeholders involved - Taking care of and assisting the participants at any time during the event (3 days long)

- Offering the most unique, memorable and personal experience for each one of the executive guests- Checking guests in and out, following brand standards- Making reservations- Owning and immediately resolving complaints and problems of the guests- Creating strong customer-relationships- Serving drinks and small bites
