Coordinate and prepare submissions for approvals for the development of Mulga Rock Uranium Project. Responsibilities and achievements: Coordinated approvals for existing, developing and proposed mines. This included project managing the approvals process for order of magnitude studies through regular stakeholder engagement, clear communication of tasks and deadlines, conflict resolution and budget creation. • Achieved approval from a government agency 12 months ahead of schedule which had not previously been achieved. • Engaged multiple stakeholders including internal departments, government agencies, and Traditional Owners.• Coordinating government approvals for million dollar pre-feasibility studies at a number of locations across WA. • Managing large approvals projects for pre-feasibility and feasibility studies.

Responsibilities and achievements: Due to the location of Marandoo Mine, within Karijini National Park, the interaction with Government agencies was intensive and compliance requirements were rigorous. The addition of irrigated agricultural pivots added to the scrutiny, in particular water quality and the spread of weeds. • Achieved a zero major non-compliance from site inspections undertaken by DPaW, DMP, DER and EPA in 2014.
