Among my responsibilities are managing all the financial and administrative services for the companies that are part of the VT ONE GROUP, providing strategic information to consolidate ourselves as a financially sound organization. Carry out the financial and administrative planning and execution of INVEZT.General responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:FINANCIAL CONTROL AND BUDGET• Guarantee financial integrity and responsibility for maintaining internal controls.• Ensure financial transactions and decisions adhered to current regulations.• Generate monthly, quarterly, annual, and project-specific financial reports on time.• Oversee audit activities and ensure compliance with government and donor regulations. Work with auditors to ensure timely audits.• Coordinate with the Executive Director and INVEZT staff to create and manage INVEZT's annual organizational budget.• Develop budgets for proposals in conjunction with the Director of Business Development.• Administration of all types of agreements (cooperation, subsidies, subcontracts, personal services, memoranda of understanding, etc.) requesting the necessary legal advice to ensure compliance with applicable government rules and regulations.• Guide the Executive Director and the Board of Directors on strategic business directions through financial planning, analysis, forecasting, developing decision-making scenarios, and advising on critical routes and development options.• Provide analytical economic thinking to rate ideas as reasonable and appropriate.• Represent the company before business partners, including donors, auditors, public officials, banks, etc.• Coordinate payroll management to ensure that all government regulations are online, as well as the organization's policy for employee benefits.• Ensure the maintenance of internal controls, financial systems, and appropriate business procedures.• Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.
