Establishment of objectives and continuous monitoring of the progress of strategies implemented.● Management of legal marketing projects with different levels of complexity, from brand exploration to attracting and retaining leads.Development of strategies to maximize brand projection and generate business opportunities.● Responsible for monitoring everything from prospecting new clients to the final delivery of services and day-to-day monitoring.Involved in negotiations, customer delight and monitoring of quality of services provided.● Creation and execution of projects focused on lead generation and customer development strategies. Supervision of careerdevelopment of those being led, promoting growth and excellence in the team.● Transformation of an unstructured and unmotivated team into a cohesive and efficient team, with significant improvements in the working environment and financial results, reflecting the effectiveness of the reformulation and training strategies implemented.● Member of the Corporate Committee, responsible for the company's strategic decisions.
