Day-to-day running of the sales arm of the Muswell Hill branch. Tasks invloved:- Carrying out valuations & market appraisals on all new properties- 'Selling' Martyn Gerrard as the agency of choice- Property viewings- Overall responsibility for carrying out the negotiations between all parties- Recruitment of sales staff- Forecasting and targeting for office sales staff- Liaising with 3rd parties involved in sales process

Started working at John Pollock Adventures Shop as Sales Assistant moving into Sales Manager position at East Finchley branch. My responsibilities included:- Promoting & selling Ski & Outdoor wear. Ranging from clothing to accessories to equipment.- Gaining a technical understanding on ranges such as Ski Boots and Skis.- Shop presentation and stocktake.- Hiring of an additional staff member & Saturday staff.
