It consists of Mobile Crisis Units dispatched by law enforcement agencies to respond to individuals in crisis, whether it is medical, social, or mental health related. My time here at Oak Patch Gifts has been one of learning and constant growth. I started as an assistant to two Product Line Managers, (Handbags and Fashion Jewelry), working on designs and with overseas vendors.Due to an internal reorganization, I was transferred to the in-bound customer service center, where I used a multiline phone system, MAS 500, and learned more of the nuts-and-bolts of the everyday workings of the company. After covering the reception desk (where I assisted the accounting department) I came back to CS in the out-bound call team.
