I began this position on 7/29/2013. This is the beginning of the revenue cycle for the company, as I generate all of the billing to insurance companies and patients. In addition to daily processing of billing, I also have been assigned multiple daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly tasks that are too varied and numerous to list in this format, and that involve company security, organizational, and managerial skills.I maintain administrator status on many of the websites used by our billing office, managing all users and verifying security for said users.

After just a few months on the job at EMSA, I was given the responsibility of Project Manager for the Director of Patient Billing Services, in addition to the myriad other responsibilities of my job in this office. That position ended when the Director passed away from cancer. As Project Manager, I successfully handled major software and server conversions, including training staff, and implementing procedural protocols. I still maintain my position as Claims Analyst, which is a catch all position with multiple and varied responsibilities.
