I work on a contract basis with counties to provide grant administration services of CARES Act Relief Funds and the American Rescue Plan Fund. I reviewed and graded fund applications and assisted the county commissioners decision-making processes regarding $17 M in grants. I coordinated contracts, audited invoices/receipts, advised on compliance and resources allocation matters, as well as reported to the State of Missouri.
