Joined Vroom as CPO with mission of eliminating need for physical car dealerships. Recruited and led a team of 30+ PMs, designers and content creators, organized into six squads using an agile / scrum process. Developed a culture of strong product / engineering / marketing collaboration.

Worked with team at Google by forming a strategy for expanding a standalone mobile application into a Google wide platform to allow consumers to make donations to nonprofits across all Google properties. Managed the launch of the product with YouTube team.

Worked with a team at Google by creating strategy to launch a new internal product, and market that product within the organization. Managed the launch of the product with Search, YouTube, Google Maps, and Google Play Store teams.

Oversaw a subscription on-demand TV and movie service for smart phones, tablets, and PCs. Led team of product managers, designer, and operations managers to oversee all phases of the product life cycle. Secured content licensing deals with 32 TV networks, deploying mobile app on 40+ devices (Android, RIM, iOS, WP7 and Verizon LTE), launching in U.S. and Germany.

Led a product team to develop consumer-facing products in web and mobile channels to support Thumbplay’s growth in mobile and entertainment space; Product Development for Thumbplay Music, which was eventually sold to Clear Channel and re-branded as new iHeart Radio service.

Clients during this period included, Rodale Inc, RDF Media Group, Mint Digital, Channel 4 and the BBC.
