During my time at the Tribune I worked as a food writer, restaurant critic, and weekly columnist. I was mentored by the legendary Koky Dishon. Together we launched the Friday entertainment section, Style, a weekly fashion section, Your Place for first time renters/home buyers and revamped several other content areas within the newspaper. I was one of the few editors at the time to work closely with the advertising department to create new revenue opportunities using niche content.
