Ownership of financial controlling: end-to-end processes of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Travel & Expenses. Lead and develop the service operations team to maximize performance; create and build team environment while providing direction, knowledge and support with prioritization of work and allocation of resources to staff as needed, ensuring delivery of high quality projects always within time, cost and quality parameters. Recruiting, retaining, coaching and developing team members. Customer account management and service contract compliance.
