With over 25 years of experience working in international environments across Commercial, Claims, and Human Resources, I have focused the last 14 years on Learning & Development (L&D), driven by a passion for cultivating growth-oriented cultures that align talent development with business goals.In January 2022, I joined Solvay as the Global Learning & Development Services Manager.
