Manage annuity contract premiums with retirement pricing team and ensure accuracy of contract language is in line with service delivery execution. Audit and review processes and service transactions to manage accuracy and compliance of delivery.• Project Management – Govern over the timely and efficient execution of all newly sold Pension Risk Transfer bulk annuity contracts alignment retirement division projects. Create executive presentations and client service delivery contracts and agreements. Liaise with prospect client, intermediaries, fiduciaries, and retirement plan actuaries on retirement regulations and policy. Develop reporting governance and tools using Microsoft Office programs to provide and report out to executive leadership and clients on progress of retirement programs within the organization. • Analysis & Risk Management – Analyze retirement policy, regulations, and plan data against new request for proposals (RFPs) during deal distribution to ensure that critical delivery issues or problems are managed or mitigated at the earliest opportunity while implementing and executing key value adding controls when necessary
