I am responsible for the marketing and communications strategy for several lines of business at AlixPartners. As part of the global marketing team, I create multi-channel campaigns in support of the goals of these business units. • Manage team of 20 research professionals, with ultimate responsibility for team performance metrics; hire team members for hubs in the US, Costa Rica and India.• Define and implement strategic priorities for research team in support of TMT sector goals identified by sector directors. • Direct content and resource operations for the research unit. • Lead professional development processes for the team (recruiting, training, evaluation).• Manage unit budget and utilization.

• Managed Global Semiconductor Practice consisting of three global partners and over 200 affiliated consultants.• Assisted in identifying clientele development opportunities; contributed to letters of proposal for new opportunities with practice leaders, resulting in new engagements. • Consultant-team member for Asian semiconductor client and also multiple knowledge engagements.• Identified and cultivated experienced associates to join the Semiconductor Practice; developed and maintained staffing and expertise databases to contribute to client engagements and ensure professional development opportunities for associates and engagement managers.• Tracked and audited practice knowledge base to ensure most relevant documents were accessible and current.• Developed semi-annual people review process for associate principals to ensure their programs were developing and aligned with major client service teams. • Led agenda development and facilitated annual global meeting to ensure practice alignment for client and knowledge priorities (meeting locations included Tokyo, Seoul, Paris and San Francisco).
