For more than 20 years I have personally worked with more than 120 organisations in the business of changing making. Over this time, 30% of our clients have been major Commercial companies, 30% Government, 20% dedicated to some part of the environmental sustainability value chain, and 20% are Not for Profit organisations. This balance has helped shape my perspective as a change provocateur and enabler. And there's more to be done!
