About Paula Drayton

I believe we each have a role to play in creating an environmentally sustainable, socially just society and that as leaders we have an obligation to create conditions to bring this about, no matter what we do in our work. For more than 20 years I have personally worked with more than 120 organisations in the business of changing making. Over this time, 30% of our clients have been major Commercial companies, 30% Government, 20% dedicated to some part of the environmental sustainability value chain, and 20% are Not for Profit organisations. This balance has helped shape my perspective as a change provocateur and enabler. And there's more to be done! Through our businesses, we help Business Leaders and their teams achieve business outcomes in times of change and disruption. We work with senior personnel, teams and entire organisations to generate conversations that precede disruption and help them establish conditions for meaningful results by managing change well. Our work is deep, transformational by design and we are committed to producing business results through driving efficiency and effectiveness. Equally, we are passionate about translating results to social and environmental outcomes. Our Company, Resource Advisory, offers bespoke Programs (which blend advisory, facilitation and coaching) and our Liberated Leaders Programs that enable leaders and their teams create to conditions for innovation and sustained business results. We focus on building capability and capacity for leaders so that they can more effectively lead their teams. To do this, support leaders to navigate the future with a constructive mood, discerning mindset, conscious communication, collaborative style and a focus on building resilience and engagement for their workforce. In my experience the journey can be treacherous, challenging, confronting, confusing and… equally…. liberating, exhilarating and transformational.
