Focused on several areas of patent law, including patent litigation, patent prosecution, and proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). I have been involved in all aspects of litigation, from the pre-litigation and initial pleading stage through discovery and trial. I am experienced with innovations across a wide spectrum of complex technologies, including electromechanical technologies, medical devices and combination products, medical imaging, computer software, consumer electronics, and fuel cells. My litigation experience encompasses multiple stages of the litigation process, including developing infringement and validity strategies, conducting discovery, drafting motions, preparing witness for deposition, and handling day-to-day litigation activities.

• Managed analysis of patient safety data for all Lantheus products.• Oversaw project management and analysis of a retrospective database study using a large hospital system billing database.• Assembled presentation of clinical trial and adverse event information for FDA advisory committee meeting in May 2011.• Received the Lantheus President's Award, becoming the youngest employee to be given this distinction.• Continued to consult with Lantheus while attending law school.
