Supporting activities aimed at innovation in corporate management, designing a foundational prototype of a technological, transparency, control and evaluation tool for the entities within the Medellín Public Conglomerate. Additionally, conducting assessments of the technologies and/or management and control tools used by the Mayor's Office and various entities within the Medellín Public Conglomerate.

Review, design and update control instruments and policies, particularly the Corporate Governance Manual applicable to the model of the 36 entities comprising the Medellín Public Conglomerate: EPM, Metro de Medellín, Bureau de Medellín, Teleantioquia, Metrosalud, among others.

Design, implementation and management of legal, corporate governance, contractual, technological and compliance structures (SAGRILAFT) for the company. This includes both the platform and each of the company's BPO clients, ensuring compliance with Colombian regulations and aligning operations with the requirements of the European Union.

Conducting due diligence processes, regulatory monitoring and control in the commercial area, handling approximately 511 legal procedures (responses, opinions and appeals), implementing 42 contracts for the provision of technological services and establishing governmental and private strategic alliances with organizations such as MinTIC, FENALCO, ANDI, ASONAC, EMTEL, EPM, BANCOLDEX, OLX, KUSHKI, REDEBAN, among others.

Conducted due diligence processes in the commercial area, handling approximately 1,069 legal procedures (responses, opinions and appeals) and implementing 67 contracts with entities such as ASOBANCARIA, Experian (Datacrédito), Bancolombia, Davivienda, GM Colmotores, Ford, Porsche, Toyota, Terpel, among others. Additionally, I designed and implemented the legal structure for the Registry: “Sistema de Garantías Mobiliarias” and the “SOAT” dematerialization system.

Provide support to the legal department in the production, review and validation of protective actions, right to petition, appeals, contracts and generation of legal opinions, particularly in data protection. Additionally, I conducted characterization and commercial classification of data in the RUNT Database (Ministry of Transportation - Superintendence of Industry and Commerce and RUNT).

Supporting Human Resources Management in updating the Internal Work Regulations and departmental documentation (employment contract formats, policies, procedures, etc.) and designing and implementing a new procedure for the company's disciplinary management.
