Prepared General Plan, Zoning Ordinance and Map update and Housing Element. Developed and administered budgets. Prepared and implemented permit streamlining measures.

Responsible for providing full project management services for the development of commercial, industrial, renewable energy and residential developments. Prepared entitlement applications, due diligence reports, specific plans, master development plans, land offering packages, fee estimates, feasibility studies, pro forma analysis and environmental documents. Responsible for client administration, creating and managing project teams and developing and coordinating schedules and budgets. Prepared and presented all materials for meetings with governmental agencies, neighborhood groups, representatives and clients. Prepared monthly billing, collections, proposals and contracts.

Responsible for the operation, organization and personnel management of the Department of Land and Resource Management. Responsible for the coordination and guidance of all aspects of growth and development within the county including formulating and enforcing policies and procedures governing the administration of ordinances and plans relating to planning, zoning, environment, stormwater, water and solid waste. Developed and administered budgets for the entire department. Responsible for all presentations for elected and appointed positions.
