About Paula Fynboh

I am a natural leader and understand people in a way that makes them feel seen and heard. I have the rare ability to develop big picture visions, while also understanding what is needed to connect the day-to-day implementation to the vision. This combination allows me to work strategically and achieve meaningful impact in ever evolving and changing world with an infectious spirit of hope that inspires people around visions and values alignment. I have 25 years experience working in, consulting on, and leading social justice campaigns that include diverse stakeholders, multifaceted relationships, and complex strategic decision making with high performing organizations and demonstrated results. I have a Masters in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota. Please reach out if you'd like to connect about social justice and integrating strategy and vision with leadership and values.
