Paula Gold-Nocella has been in the real estate industry since 1987. Her life-long commitment to serving her professional real estate community has afforded her the credibility and fortitude to be a risk-taker, trend-setter and ceiling-breaker. At Drysdale Properties, Paula will be responsible for growth and expansion in San Francisco and the North Bay. Prior to joining Drysdale Properties, Paula successfully led the expansion efforts as Managing Broker of Vanguard Properties since 2011, tripling its footprint and sales volume. She began her Management career in 2003 with Prudential California Realty in Sonoma County with similar success. Earlier in her career, Paula was a Top Producing REALTOR® with Hartford Properties and Pacific Union Real Estate for over 13 years. Paula co-founded "Intentional Community Development Group, LLC" in 1998 and for the next 5 years, the company developed, listed, sold and consulted on numerous projects in Northern California. Paula and her partner co-own a lakefront vacation home resort called the Rocky Point Cottages. Paula has been a leading advocate in the movement to help make "Fractional Ownership Properties" formally recognized and understood by Realtors and their Boards throughout the State of California. She has taught numerous classes on the subject to Realtors and Agents. She has been featured in the "Ask the Expert" column for the Halogen Guides, a guide to the ownership of "smart luxury" products. Today Paula consults with Developers, Sellers and Buyers regarding all aspects of fractional ownership both nationally and abroad.

She has been instrumental in attracting Top Producers, seasoned professionals and newly licensed agents to Vanguard, playing a pivotal role in the firm’s expansion to now include over 330 licensed agents in 10 offices and 4 regions in California. Paula began her real estate career in Miami, Florida. In 1987 and relocated to San Francisco in 1990 where she rose to be a Top Producing Realtor, first at Hartford Properties and then at Pacific Union Real Estate. In 2003 Paula became the Managing Broker for Prudential California Realty, where she built its Sebastopol location in Sonoma County to 3 offices and 65 agents and more than doubled its sales volume. Paula’s leadership includes a deep commitment to serving her professional community. She currently serves as on the Board the San Francisco Board of Realtors. Since 2003 she has served as a Director for CAR for the North Bay Association of Realtors.
