As a leader, my daily activities consist of guiding the team through development best practices, removing technical blockers, ensuring a successful delivery of the projects by making sure that all the J&J policies and compliance standards are followed. I am the main technical point of contact for a LATAM Salesforce instance. I am responsible for creating governance standards, scheduling the deployments and refreshes throughout the year, maintaining the CI/CD pipeline working properly, and approving project and architectural documentation. I am also a people leader, helping others to develop themselves through trainings, bootcamps, and direct leadership.

After working at J&J as a vendor, I became an internal employee playing the Senior Engineer role. My daily activities were to understand business requirements, create functional flows, create architectural flows, provide solution documentation, participate in architectural meetings, configure the org using the standard tools provided by the Salesforce platform, and follow the entire development process until the delivery in production. Leveraging my previous knowledge in SFDX, I could implement the CI/CD pipeline for the MedTech org.

Continued working at Johnson & Johnson as a Service Specialist, but with the responsibility to develop other people at the agency through bootcamps and trainings. I also had the opportunity to work for the banking market in an admin/consultant role configuring the org using the standard tools provided by the Salesforce platform and following the entire development process until the delivery in production, with a focus on Service Cloud and SFDX versioning code and deploying artifacts.

After working on a support team, I had the opportunity to work on a project team understanding the requirements, creating functional flows, deploying the solution, and establishing a relationship with the customer.
