Involved with Adult Education for 20 years. As the Workforce & Economic Development Instructional Coach at Moore Norman Technology Center, Paula provides adjunct instructors with professional development, onboarding, coaching, and training to develop their instructional skills. She has developed MNTC’s Academy for Leadership & Training and develops online courses. Her life has been committed to the field of education and training. Certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Development Dimensions International (DDI), Achieve Global, and Denison Culture Survey, Paula has trained for organizations such as Astellas, the FAA and MNTC. She is an active member of the Central Oklahoma Chapter of Association for Training & Development and the Oklahoma Association of Career & Technology Education. Paula is a Certified Faculty Developer, Certified Program Planner, and is a certified coach with Coaching 4 Business Leaders. Certified OK and TX teacher in math, English, and elementary education with 30 years of instructional experience. Additionally, she is a member of the 2013 Class of Leadership Norman. Her Master of Education and Bachelor of Science degrees were earned from Texas A&M in Commerce, TX.
