Formar a colaboradores en el idioma Inglés y en competencias varias, con miras a promover su desempeño dentro de sus respectivos equipos e impulsar su desarrollo de carrera dentro de la empresa. Participar en el proceso de selección de aplicantes a la compañía mediante la evaluación de sus niveles de Inglés. Contribuir a la mejora del nivel de Inglés de potenciales colaboradores de la empresa, así como de sus habilidades de Servicio al Cliente, habilidades blandas, entre otros.

Supported the implementation process of a training plan meant for teachers, supervisors and directors of state schools throughout the country, in conjunction with the Ministry of Education of Panama (MEDUCA) and The Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI).

Planned and taught all the academic content for the school year, followed up with each student and maintained communication with their parents, and participated in the organization of different events during the school year.

Planned and taught the course “Inglés Nivel II” (English, level II) to underwater welding technician students for one semester.

Planned and taught the subject “Math”, “Science”, “Basic Computer Skills”, “Matemática” and “Desarrollo de la Personalidad” for Nursery II, Nursery III, Pre-K and Kindergarden students.

Planned and taught the subject “Psychology and Human Development”.

Supported the main teacher with her everyday tasks in the classroom, and taught all the academic content in English.
