I am a director in Sterne Kessler's Trial & Appellate Practice Group and am an experienced intellectual property trial attorney with a practice focused on patent and trade secret disputes in federal district courts, at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and before, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
