My passion is to empower professional women to achieve optimal wellness and balance in all areas of their busy life. I strongly believe that health and wellness goes beyond just physical health and extends to all aspects of life, including relationships, career, creativity, faith, fun, food and home environment. As a former accountant, I know the busy lifestyle of juggling work, family, friends & faith. I was working excessive hours & getting poor sleep. As many women do, I took care of work, family, home...all before taking care of me. I had put my health last on the To Do list, figuring I'd take care of me when all the other things got caught up. This drained not only my physical health, but also my emotional & spiritual health.As I began my quest to search for solutions for pain, stress & sleep, I started trying more natural health solutions. When I started getting great results for myself & my family, I continued to explore the science behind more health areas to share with friends & family.I then pursued further education in the health & wellness industry field to better serve my clients and become a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. My focus is to not only provide them with the knowledge and tools needed to lead a healthy lifestyle, but to also address the root cause of symptoms and imbalances in their lives.SLEEPSleep is an integral part of overall health and wellness and I work with my clients to develop personalized sleep routines to help them achieve better rest & improve their health to wake up happy & energized.STRESS MANAGEMENTI help my clients understand the impact of stress on their health and provide them with effective tools to manage it in their daily lives.Ultimately, my goal is to help my clients create a well-balanced life that includes faith, family, friends, fun and food, in addition to prioritizing their health and wellness.FOODI have always had a passion for cooking food with a variety of flavors. However, as I learned more about what I was eating, I knew I could do better and help so many others too. When we needed to eliminate foods, it was devastating & difficult.
