I am an experienced and skilled Personal Assistant with a passion for helping others. For over 20 years, I have provided executive services and office administration to senior leaders and directors at Lloyds Banking Group, one of the UK's leading financial services providers, IBM and AstraZeneca. I have developed core competencies in stakeholder management, communication, organization, and problem-solving, and delivered high-quality results in fast-paced and dynamic environments.I volunteer at two charity organizations that support people in need: Durham County Carers and Solan Connor Fawcett Family Cancer Trust. As a Welfare Benefit Support Volunteer, at Durham County Carers I assist Carers in completing benefit application forms and help them claim the welfare benefits they are entitled to. Solan Connor Fawcett Family Cancer Trust support families affected by cancer, as part of my volunteering duties I participate and assist in fundraising activities I am motivated by making a positive difference in the lives of others and using my skills and experience to contribute to a meaningful cause.
